1. Free trial first
Every paid plan starts with a no-card 14-day trial so you can evaluate ASoc fully before paying anything.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will not renew the following cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that window, the plan runs to the end of its term.
4. How to request
Email our billing team from your account address and we will confirm and process eligible refunds within five business days.
